Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

as we all know, this is the biggest complication when dealing with projects, more so from a constrauction contractors position.
I have written a white paper on the subjet, how to deal and manage this, ,and would like some feedback from people..

If you would like a soft copy of this, please mail me and I would really appreciate your feedback.

Have performed a kind of work in one of my project in Dubai, UAE, is it okay to have a copy of it just to compare?

Robin,

The biggest problem in managing delay and disruption is identifying, (and maybe quantifying), it as it happens during the project in the first place, especially disruption.
