Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hello all. I'm using msp 2010 and i'm looking for a way to send Email to each resource about his task. Plz note that i need something that interfacing Gmail. it is desirable that it will be done with a formula or a free software. Thx

MSP is just a desktop tool for project management which can not interact with the SMTP server. Though MS project will not play any role in sending emails, once you will create a plan, save and publish plan onto the project server. Project server will interact with the SMTP server and do the work which you want. for more take Gmail help
