Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

sorry one other P3 to MS Project question,,
how do i determin the type of task,, at the minute , by default all activities are activities,, how do i create a milestone?

Just to reply for fun.

MSP is not allowed to define activities type like P3/P6, the activities will automatically change to milestone when you assign the duration to 0.

But MSP (compare w/ P3) is allow to create hyperlink within cell value, make use for it, you will found more fun!!! ;)
