Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Everyone

I am trying to share one of my projects on a web portal. Is there anything stopping people changing or copying the plan either by mistake or intention. I have a read-only on the plan, but people can save and re-name, pdfs are ok, but I want people to update the plan to indicate progress.I also have a choice of views which I want people to use, and so I would like the options to be flexible. I am using 2003
