Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Pleas , may you advise my about how I can automatically increased the assigned resources ? To reschedule and managed the actual delay to achieve the original finish date of project ,as per the base line program???

I think you need to update the resource assignment manually,
the program do not know which resource should be increased for which task.
In general, you may check all critical tasks to find out the tasks that their duration can be shortened
to shorten the duration, you need to increase resource, try to start with the cheapest ( cost effective)
