Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi,

I want to colour-code the Tasks – how can I do that?

When I use: Format -> Font, it changes the fonts for the WHOLE project sheet.
But I want to do it for certain tasks only.

Is that possible?

Bob.

Bob,

If you want to coolour code the task text it can be done on a task by task basis by highlighting each task, or you can use the Items to Change drop down menu in the Text Style menu to automatically change certain types of task text. It doesn’t give you much flexibility but it’s all that’s available.
