Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

As part of a 2023 project to look at the diverging legal approaches to assessing delay and disruption in projects, we’ve been busy updating out web pages:

Dispute Managementpage looks at contract dispute management from the perspective that preventing disputes is better than resolving disputes. But when a dispute arises you need to know how to respond effectively: https://mosaicprojects.com.au/PMKI-ITC-014.php

Claims and Forensic Analysislooks at the causes of project failure and the technical aspects of how to manage disputes when they do arise: https://mosaicprojects.com.au/PMKI-ITC-020.php
