Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi All,

The situation for EOT as follows;

There is a delay in the hand over of site to the Contractor, but as a part of mitigation the Contractor started the setting out works ahead of the official site handover-     Can the Employer deduct the time of Setting Out from the delay analysis?

Regards

Kannan

Hi Sunil

Just set it at 100% complete and the logic will disappear.

Hi Kannan ,

If you linked finish start from the site handover to that activity, how will you update the progress in the baseline  programme ?

If you update the progress that will be out of logic and how will it impact on the programme?

Best Regards,

Sunil.
