Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I have been given the green light to look into a post-grad course related to delay/claims.

Can anyone recommend one course over another?

I have found MSc/LLM at;

Kings College London
Robert Gordon Uni
Salford Uni
Wolverhampton Uni

I think the course will need to be UK based but would appreciate comments from anyone who has been on or knows of them.

Dear Oliver,

I would recommend that you also check "Reading University" because the FIDIC Contracts and Claims course that I took was given by a gentleman that attended "Reading".

With kind regards,

Oliver,

I suggest you contact the Chartered Institute of Civil Engineering Surveyors; www.cices.org which is the principal organization for contractual and claim subjects in the world.
The training arm, SURCO, do short courses and workshops etc. They are at www.surco/uk/training.php or contact Niccola Dodd @ +44 (0)161 972 3112 ndodd@cices.org

Good luck with the studies
