Website Upgrade Incoming - we're working on a new look (and speed!) standby while we deliver the project

Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Pranab,

Got trained last year using ver. 11.

Get ready with the following:
- Let PD/PM decide on who can access what info
- Contact lists/company directory
- Forms/templates for all docs. in PCM (Letters, Transmittals, MOMs, RFIs, etc.)
- Define cost codes in PCM (cost accounts in P6), collaboration point for these 2 Primavera softwares

Dear Pranab,

The small information that I have, you need the following:

1. computer with XP pro installed
2. web based application (internet)
3. MS SQL server 2005.

Also, I know that the current verion will be useless when the 64 bit version is out in few months/ year.

Each project is divided into 4 major sections:
I. Project Information
II. Communication
III. Contract Information
IV. Logs.

I should be running a project using it soon. And will let you know more details.

Best Regards,

Samer
