Website Upgrade Incoming - we're working on a new look (and speed!) standby while we deliver the project

Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Cherie

May I ask, are you anyway connected with www.projectprogrammemanagement.com? It seems to me the lady doth protest too much, methinks.

And now to your question… David was making a quip I believe about the spinning tendencies of Tony Blair and the similarities between your name and his beloved. I imagine you are aware that the left leaning satirical press referred to him as Tonty Bliar when he was spinning particularly rapidly. So, what I surmised David W was trying to say was I’m not sure I trust the motives of anyone called Cherie Bliar in the same way that some of us trust nothing that is said by Tony Bliar.

Of course, if it does so happen that it is a wondrous coincidence that you happen to be from Ireland as does www.projectprogrammemanagement.com then I was totally wrong to make the connection between your name and the ever honest Tony and I apologise unreservedly for drawing such a conclusion and attempting to be humorous towards someone who has no sense of humour. However, never have I seen such fulsome support for something so obviously amateurish spread over so many threads.

So, tell me Cherie, are you any way connected with ww.projectmanagement.com?

David B

BTW, have you read the forum rules? (3) No cross (double) posting. Post once in the most appropriate forum. Double posts in multiple forums will be deleted.

Cherie,

No-one is accusing you of being a liar. They, like me, would merely like you to explain an apparent anomaly. How is it that in a number of threads where you espouse greatness for what is, in fact, a sparse and rather mediocre site, you claim to have "found" it, and yet in another suggest that it is written by a number of your colleagues.

Perhaps you should consider answering the question David asked you - "are you any way connected with www.projectmanagement.com?"

Oh yes, could you stop the multiple threading, not only is it against the forum guidelines but it makes any claims you make for your pet website look less than credible.

Although I might be stating the bleeding obvious I’ll continue anyway... as Cherie S Blare has started similar threads to this in almost every forum (and has got similar responses) I am making a ’no shit Sherlock’ guess that as Cherie is from Ireland and the registerd office of Project Programme Management is also in Ireland she and they might well be related and hence the fulsome endorsement of the business.

And additionally:
-no experience indicated
-no client references
-no key persons (as previosly mentioned)
-no contact persons
-no operational capabilities and resources

Perhaps its a new business, with website under developemnt stage... ’Dont judge the book by its cover’,,,

Lets see...

Cheers

Dear Cherie
Having reviewed the website, I have to say that I don’t think it is very good at all, and there are many UK firms that have much better websites (not that this is an indication on whether they are any good at it, or can even do it!!)
