Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

In-Excusable &Excusable delays

Can some one please let me know what is difference in In-Excusable and excusable delays.

It is just like, mistake done by you is In-Excusable and by your boss is Excusable.

Very simply, an excusable delay is one which is caused by the Employer or is a neutral event (such as adverse weather) for which the Employer takes responsibility.

An in-excusable delay is one for which the contractor is responsible.

i.e. generally - excusable delays should provide for an extension of time, in-excusable delays do not
