Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Has anyone ever planned a job, in the aftermath of unsuccess, to find that they made a profit?

Is this possible?

Folks,
My point perhaps being, that claims and the thought behind claiming additional monies or time etc., is perhaps arbitrary, as "the deals" will be done irrespective of all the ammo. that Planners or QS’s can drum up.

Ye are free of course to disagree with this sentiment.
Again could anyone quote specifics??

Regards,
Darrell

Darrell,

Not entirely sure what point you’re trying to make but I would think that there are many people out there working for contractors that have seen a claim on the job turn it from an unprofitable to a profitable project.
