Scheduler, IMCO Engineering and Construction Co. WLL., EPIC for Upgrade of Anti-surge & Turbine Controls

Working at IMCO Engineering and Construction Co. W.L.L, engaged in EPIC for Upgrade of Anti-surge & Turbine Controls at seven remote plants.

Key Responsibilities:

®  Conduct interactive planning sessions with project team to build planning package, logically sound schedule and achieve team ‘buy-in’.

®  Maintain schedules and provide analytical reviews of float and project progress vs baselines to identify areas of concern and participate in the development of recovery plans as needed.

®  Interfacing with Engineering consultant, Procurement department and Site team, for follow-ups and imposing task priority.

®  Analyze critical path and constraints to determine the effect of changes to the schedule and recommend work-arounds.

®  Lead and represent the Scheduling department in meetings, and be responsible for the overall quality of the Project Schedules and related deliverables.

®  Conduct risk analysis on the schedule and develop contingency plans to address negative risk.

®  Ensure all required material, labor, and contract services are available to complete scheduled work.

®  Assess the impact of approved changes and any deviations from the key project targets and milestones, including productivity monitoring and ‘What if?’ scenarios to aid project management decision-making.

Key Achievements:

®  Awarded Employee of the Month for planning and leading execution to recover engineering negativity.

®  Assigned as internal auditor for the company for ISO and OHSAS standards implementation.
