Current Role:

  • - Responsible in Planning/Schedule Development stage for Shutdown/Turnaround
  • - Develop Integrated Execution Schedule – Structure
  • - Develop Code Structure in P3E as per system - Systemisation Structure
  • - Data entry / import of detail job plans and estimates into scheduling tool.
  • - Create logical network of activities and, ultimately, a critical path of work and schedule, without overly constraining the schedule.
  • - Updates schedule as required – typically daily or shiftly - based on planner reported progress.
  • - Enters job plan details, including activity description, duration, craft and hours, equipment and materials required
  • - Determines activity relationships and create logistical ties based on other turnaround planner personnel input (coordinators and planners)
  • - Communicates key issues and risks to the T/A Block Coordinator
  • - Develops critical path and analyzes for logic discrepancies
  • - Provides a critique of turnaround activities after completion of project, participates in Lessons Learned and Lookback process.
  • - Inputs updates into schedule as required based on reported progress (field craft, planner, or coordinator).
  • - Maintain log of additional work and ensures that it is planned, scheduled, and tracked during execution.
  • - To look for opportunities to reduce turnaround scope, and plan and execute with low cost mindset.
  • - Review the final workpack from the main contractor and make sure it meets the client guidelines
  • To Complete a Turnaround duration, emergent work & etc summary for management reviewing.
