  • Preparation of the following Planning and Scheduling Documents with due consideration to Contract Terms and Specifications, Programmes / Schedules for Tender, Master, Baseline, Detailed, Revised, Updates, Look Ahead, Critical Path Analysis, Recovery and Extension of Time.
  • Prepares Systems and Procedures covering the areas of Planning, Progress Monitoring, Tracking, Measurement and Reports.
  • Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Schedule and Cost Reports and submit to the consultant client.
  • Review / Check Subcontractors Baseline Programme / Schedules, Reports and Updates to tight with the timeline and changing requirements to reflect with the program requirements as per contract.
  • Periodic update of the construction schedule inline with the actual site progress.
  • Measures, Updates and Reports Progress of Subcontractors as per Actual Performance and Productivity, Review and Prepare Progress Billing as per Actual Performance.
  • Preparation of Resource and Cost Control Reports.
  • Analyzes and Identifies Areas of Concern, Work Progress Trends for Potential Problems and Examination of Implications.
  • Review and Analyze Schedule as to Critical and Sub-Critical Activities and Impact against Project Completion Dates and recommends mitigation measures.
  • Tracking / Monitoring of Materials Submittals, Procurement and Delivery Schedules, Site Daily Activities, Work Progress, Manpower and Equipments.
  • Maintain the records of all proceeding, correspondence, approvals and milestones for the project.
  • Coordinate / Communicate with Clients, Sub-Contractors, Site Supervisors and Suppliers to gather and disseminate necessary and accurate information with Relevant to Work Progress, Reports and Documentations
