Prepared the re-baseline of the original schedule of >7,500 activities, including claims analysis, critical path analysis, forensic documentation, new histograms, and curves to be approved by theclient.Prepare turn over schedules& commissioning schedules . Integrated the contractors’ schedules to the main project schedule. In charge of creating the system schedule (turnover schedule) for a one thousand million dollar project. Worked closely with the Project Manager, owners, engineers and superintendents, reviewing drawings and specifications, and analyzing potential EOT’s(delays). Participated and led project meetings including turnovers & system procedures, working with all subcontractor’s schedules and analyzing potentials delays and recovery plans.
