Current Role

  • Leads in the development of the baseline schedule and supports Project Manager in Baseline Review.
  • Assign resources, budgeted hours and cost codes to activities and mention critical resources/activities to Project Management Office.
  • Distribute activities list related to diff. dept. for ensuring work will finish in time.
  • Making & maintaining discipline wise S-Curves with early and late dates for monitoring projects in terms of cost and labor.
  • Prepare Manning histograms through primavera to forecast manpower requirement.
  • Collects actual data, updates project schedule, and comes up with reliable schedule forecast with support from project team. Contributes to company statistical analysis of production rates and other scheduling dictionaries.
  •  Monitors the status of projects and ensuring that baseline schedule milestones are achieved. Identifies slippages, and reasons and communicates them effectively to Senior Management. Continuously develops scenario analysis and recovery plans in case of slippage to meet the target completion date, using Critical Path Method (CPM) and other techniques.
  •  Provides reports on project established metrics including Earned Value (EV) analysis (i.e. schedule/cost variance), progress report, resource allocation analysis, etc. on a regular basis.
  • Preparing catch up schedule in case of delay analysis for meeting delivery dates and System wise commissioning schedules for commissioning & close out activities.
  • Monitoring productivity norms for the critical resources.
