- Establishing and preparing the tender program (CL 14) by Co-ordinating with Project Manager/Director.
- Establishing and preparing the Contract/Baseline/target programme for all projects and continually updates the current work progress to keep the team and management aware of changes to the schedule and possible consequences.
- Assess & Evaluate Construction Methods & technique.
- Checking & Approving Subcontractor Programmes.
- Making of Progress Reports, for Both Management & Client & S curves.
- Making of labour histograms, resource analysis, Organization charts & Time Claims.
- Submission of Weekly & monthly progress reports.
- Attending periodic meetings with client & consultant to successful defend the Programme.
