  1. Prepare and coordinate with PMs for High Level Executive Dashboard Report.
  2. Prepare Master Work Programme from P6 with cost and resource loading, update and analyze fortnightly in coordination with sub-consultant and contractors’ updated programme.
  3. Programme/Planning specifications input for the package/contract being tendered.
  4. Establish WBS
  5. Evaluate and analyze consultants’ and contractors’ detailed schedules.
  6. Monitor and analyze Contractor and Consultants’ progress against the Master Work Programme
  7. Monitor actual cost and establish Earned Value Analysis along with achieved CPI/SPI.
  8. Evaluate and analyze Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
  9. Prepare monthly progress reports in coordination with package project managers, consultants and contractors.
  10. Produce cash flows in Primavera in coordination with Cost Consultants.
  11. Evaluate claims and make appropriate recommendations.
  12. Participate in preparing Technical and Commercial submittals (in coordination with lead PM) for project being pursued by the company.
  13. Participate in Technical Tender evaluation, score & table consultant’s/contractor’s capability/incapability accordingly.

Developed detailed package/contract procurement programme and update weekly in coordination with PMs and procurement department
