  • Work closely with the Project managers, construction managers, engineers as required in the development and implementation of procedures, system and reports that address current project status including budgets, expenditures, schedules, and project progress and forecasts
  • Perform all tasks related to cost/schedule of design, procurement and construction activities as well as provide schedule status and updates.
  • Provide forecasts, assisting with estimating changes, and providing claims analysis.
  • Organize and manage a qualified staff to establish, analyze, appraise, and forecast schedule, cost, estimating, and management information functions
  • Evaluate subcontractor baseline schedule submittals, develop and maintain a cost/schedule control system to provide management with the decision making tools for project control
  • Continuous appraisal and improvement of the project controls elements to ensure adequacy and efficiency
  • Interface with clients, subcontractors/vendors, project members, functional departments, upper management and the core group
