The project is Commercial & Residential buildings (Package 13) @ International city at Dubai. It consists of 33 Buildings ranging G+2 to G+4 Floors.The contract value is about 303 Million Dhs.

The project is Garden’s Furnished Apartment for M/S Nakheel at Jebli Ali, 8 buildings of 2B+G+9 Floors. The contract value is about 120 Million Dhs.

Established Key Performance Indices for project performance and prepared simplified graphical representation for programe & project status on weekly basis to the mangement and the corrective measures to be taken if there is variance from baseline. Established Procurement Schedule for effective control over procurement activities.

Provided Weekly/Monthly updation of schedule & Reports to the Consultant.

Performed CPM schedule delay analysis methodlogy to determine the amount of schedule slippage and demonstrate cause/ effect impacts caused by subcontractor for entitlement to extension of time.
