Ø       Preparation and updation of detailed project schedules (Level II / III) with WBS structures.

Ø       Extraction of critical path activities from the network and advise remedial actions to avoid schedule slippage.

Ø       Co-ordination between departments for issue of deliverables to the client.

Ø       Attending project progress review meetings.

Ø       Preparation of Liquidation reports for Man-hours Consumed.

Ø       Preparations of Contract Profit Report for all projects, and updating the cost records for all projects using Softwares like IMPROMPTU & ABAX.

Ø       Keeping Track of all invoices being raised, payments received.
