Current Role

1.   Working as Regional Planning Head at  L & T North Cluster division at their Regional Office at Nehru Place from  May’2013 and is responsible for

Project Planning and Monitoring of all the projects at North Cluster like  Metro Projects; Building projects etc.

Preparation of Job Cost report of all the North Cluster projects.

Preparation of Micro and Macro schedules

 Preparation of MIS Reports.

Resource allocation of all the Projects.

Monitoring of Productivity of all the Equipments on daily basis

Work Order Management and Cost management In EIP/ERP

2.       Worked as Senior Planning Engineer in Cement Division at Corporate Office, Noida for 6 years for Jaypee Group(Jaiprakash Associates Limited) from Feb 2007 to Mar’2013 and is responsible for  

      Project Co-ordination for their upcoming Cement Plants.

       I was responsible for

Ø  Preparation and Updation of master Construction program iwhich includes Civil, mechanical and electrical works.

Ø  Macro level planning, scheduling and monitoring for Civil Construction of various components like Preheater, Silos and Mills as well as CPP.

Ø  Preparation of Capital cost Estimates.

Ø  Order Finalization (including preparation of technical; and financial  comparative for offers received) for Equipments to be procured for installation at Cement Plants.

Ø  Monthly progress Report for Upcoming Cement plant Projects.

Ø  Co-ordination with consultants for timely release of drawings and follow-up as well as fixing of Drawings Schedule.

Ø  Follow up for Equipment delivery and Supply as per the delivery schedules in the contract.

3.  Worked at Sap Labs Phase M Expansion project, Bangalore  as   

      Senior Planning Engineer for 1.3 years for Shapoorji Pallonji &   

       Company Limited (Oct’2005 to Jan’2007)   

            I was responsible for

Ø  Planning (Scheduling, monitoring and Resource allocation)

Ø  Preparation and Updation of master Construction program

Ø  Macro level planning and monitoring for every month

Ø  Billing

Ø  Cash flow updation

Ø  Histograms

Ø  MIS Report

Ø  Monthly Reconciliation

4.       Worked as Management Trainee at A.R Circle Flyover project,Bangalore for 9 months ,for  Simplex Concrete piles India Limited (Feb’2005 to Oct’2007)

5.Summer training at Shell Hazira LNG project for 3 months looking after
