Construction of Uranium Process Facilities, Power Sub Station, Solar Power Station,                  Camp Construction, Acid Storage, Pipe Lines, Upgrade Double Production projects.

Establishes project management processes for multiple concurrent projects and sets controls in accordance with standards and internal procedures of the Company; Holds project managers accountable to deliver the projects within the boundaries of the budget approved; Monitors and controls the program to ensure that the project teams manage risks, achieve an acceptable level of progress, maintain suitable cost, logistic, contracts, quality, and safety/environmental performance; Participates in implementation and monitoring of all project stages including procedures to invite tenders to deliver services among sub-contractors, consulting firms and etc.; Organizes preparation of baseline to conclude landed ownership with local state authorities as well as coordinates and participates in sessions of working and state acceptance inspections; Controls the work of the project team including hiring of Department personnel; Designs technical assignments and contracts with parties and vendors of the Project; Reviews the program monthly summary report on cost, schedule and quality metrics and reports progress back to the General Director. Reports program performance directly to Directors, GMs, VPs and external stakeholders such as Joint Venture management teams; Analyses performance of each project as well as roll sup projects into a single program to isolate causes of a problem; Reviews the performance of a project team to determine if it is likely to achieve the intended objectives and deliver the asset with the prescribed constraints and timely; Analyzes and interprets earned value, financial data and quality statistics and routine project reporting; Implements control over intended use of funds based on the project budget; Member of tender board committee; Member of anticorruption  Liaisons with regulatory agencies, companies and other stakeholders. Manages company’s program schedule. Implementation the project management procedures. Manages projects in evaluation, engineering, construction and commissioning phases.nt Role
