Current Role

• Close working relationship with Senior Management, Contractor and across project;
• Liaise with Contractor and Corporate Management and build relationships;
• Preparation of progress reports and presentations to tight deadlines;
• Review processes and challenge/develop to address gaps as appropriate;
• Perform gap analysis and exception reporting and exception management;
• Report and document process issues and incidents;
• Investigate delays and advise to resolution in all areas of Project;
• Identify/mitigate risk with proactively by daily checks and projects;
• Analyse business needs and recommend process improvements/work around;
• Propose alternate methodologies including tactical/strategic solutions;
• Manage project progress and delivery;
