Responsibilities include preparation/updating of the Master Programme in close coordination with the various consultants appointed by Client. Establishing the detailed contractual milestones for different contractors at pre-award stage, approve the contractor’s programme of works for different work packages. Reviewing the progress by attending the consultant/contractor weekly progress meetings, Generate project progress reports for clients i.e. progress status and financial status of the project, Review and recommend the contractors Extension of Time claims.

Responsibilities as Corporate Planner include preparation/updating of Design Office Overall Programme, Prepare Manpower forecast for all the disciplines and departments of the company, Propose strategies of procurement, Prepare budgets and update the monthly cost reports for all the design and supervision jobs of the company.
