Assigned in the Head Office to assist the Project Control Manager in various ongoing projects and produce schedules for bid proposals. It is also my responsibility to collate the different progress reports of each project to produce a Department Report to be submitted to the Managing Director every month.

As the Planning Engineer of UBTG-3 Pipeline Uthmaniyah Gas Plant my responsibilities were to produce and maintain the Level 4 Schedule and assist the Project Manager to ensure that the project is on schedule and within the budgeted man-hours. The task of preparing the Monthly Progress Invoice was also within my responsibility. I also have to attend the Weekly Construction Meeting conducted by the Client (Saudi Aramco). Likewise, I have to organize a weekly meeting between the various discipline supervisors of the project and conduct site visits to evaluate the weekly progress.
