Project & Portfolio Scheduler

  • Responsible for the effective time management of ElectraNets portfolio of projects.
  • Responsible for the creation and maintenance of time phased Project & Strategic schedules within the Project Server environment.
  • Provide support to project teams for the development of fully costed and resourced project schedules for construction, refurbishment and maintenance projects.
  • Responsible for the interrogation of the project schedule to identify issues and potential solutions.
  • Use of Earned Value Techniques to measure performance and identify trends during the project life cycle.
  • Identify and implement the use of scheduling ‘best practice’ techniques and standards.
  • Responsible for maintaining schedule standards through an auditing system at key points throughout the project.
  • Responsible for driving process improvements through business initiatives.
  • Responsible for the creation of portfolio level reports to all levels of the organisation.
  • Responsible for the supply of accurate time and cost information used in the organisations 5 and 10 year Business Planning cycles.
  • Maintenance of the Project Server environment.
