Programme Planning Manager for Q2022 Expressway infrastructures

 

BP Husky Toledo refinery Plant (TFOA-Building ,Infra,  Pipeline ,steel structures and Equipment)  ,Full project control and scheduling ,maintaining Baselines  measuring variances ,Producing KPI’s, Procurement (follow up with vendors ,review their schedules ), ,preparing reports ,Generating S curves ,Coordination ,and Client Presentation.

 

Q2022 Expressway infrastructuresProgramme .Doha, Qatar; the biggest Governmental infrastructures, Highways and bridges Programme for Q2022, with value of more than 30 bn. USD. The programme includes 900km of world-class expressways including highways, interchanges, truck routes, underpasses, flyovers, and a full range landscape. The programme also includes a major scope of infrastructure including TSE pipelines, storm water pipelines, street lighting, MV/HV power lines, power substations, ITS, and sign gantries.

 

Managed  complex EPC Programme from inception to completion, interfaced with key stakeholder, resolved 13 Projects Baseline issue, and implemented project control system for corporate  schedules updates.

Created master schedules of 10000 tasks to summarize programme status, EVM ( CPI and SPI), SV,CV, CPM, S Curves , and Cost Control 

Achieved 21 projects on beneficial use (opened for traffic on time) and 6 projects on design stage.

Prepared guidelines and manuals for extension of time analysis (TIA) which resolved more 20 pending claims  

Updated the Project Control Processes & Procedures, Master Scheduling to match client objectives and successfully approved by the client (ASHGHAL)

Prepared MPR , creative dashboards and fin tuned the monthly analysis and presentation for biweekly client meetings

Prepared risk analysis (Monte Carlo analysis) in PertMaster, this gives the realistic completion, dates for the projects. Developed and maintained effective relationships with existing, customers and contractors which resolved many claims ,issues ,Payment and saved around 20 Million $ for the 21 ongoing projects.
