Joined Morrison Construction (Civil Engineering England & Wales) as Senior Planning Engineer assisting estimators and site as required. Developed programmes for tenders with the estimator, contracts manager around the tender limitations and possible value engineering to tender presentation, client presentations as required as part of the tender review, on to monitoring on site after producing the Contract Programme. Usually ran two programmes, the Contract version and a shortened-duration version for the site team. Used CS Project planning package generally, have used Primavera on one large JV, AutoCAD used on various projects inter alia for crane radii and extract sections for stability checks when excavated. Take off bills of quantities for temporary works for the estimator. See above for First Engineering rail secondment. At Thames Water Network Alliance in Esher using Open Plan in partnering environment for 5 ½ months, left to return to the Midlands.
