Responsible for planning and scheduling of cable installation, lifts installation, other electrical works. station modernisation and refurbishment works for London Underground. The works comprised the installation of LV cabling, electronic signs, lifts and accesses for Mobility Impaired Persons and all aspects of modernization and refurbishment of stations. The lifts were installed in various London Underground Stations varying from small one platform stations to large stations on several levels and interface with mainline railways. The works involved the production of design and installation programmes and ‘what-if scenarios’ for the excavation of various lift shafts at various levels and the installation of lifts. These works also involved the installation and/or refurbishment of access tunnels, walkways, stairs, offices, equipment rooms, cables and cable management systems, CCTV and speaker systems. I was responsible for all planning requirements, attending meetings with the Project Director, Project Managers, Engineers and the client, London Underground. I produced all management graphics and monthly progress reports.
