Job Resposibilities:
1. Prepare the Baseline schedule in Primavera Project Planner (P3).

2. Keeps tracking of Engineering & Material deliverables as per target dates provided by client.

3. Prepares client daily, weekly & Monthly Contractual Progress reports as per specified format.

4. Ensures the proper booking of man hours in the corresponding WBS codes.

5. Updates the forecast schedule on weekly basis as per latest available information and comparing it with baseline schedule.

6. Prepares the recovery schedule in P3 to meet project milestones and to cope up the delays.

7. Identify the critical activities in the project schedule and intimate project team to take necessary action, to avoid the slippage of project milestones dates.

8. Prepares the Manpower Histograms & S-Curves in Primavera Project Planner (P3) as well as in excel.
