Princial Engineer - Project Controls, Ranhill Worley Parsons, Husky Liwan Subsea Gas Project

·     Worked as Project Services Lead for Husky Liwan Project IPT (Integrated Project Team – Owner’s Team) team member.

·     Successfully completed FEED for first deep water gas project in South China Sea for Husky Oil China and CNOOC as a PMT Project Services Lead as this was a major Work-share type of project across many entities of Worley Parsons. After then worked as an IPT team member, presently managing Project Services requirement to execute three EPC Contracts with team of seven members (1 Planning, 2 Project Controls, and 4 DCC).

Responsible to integrate all EPC Schedules as a DW Overall Scope Schedule as well as Risk      Models for each EPC Contract, integrate Progress Reports and produce DW Overall Progress Reports.

The project has first phase is for 660 mmcfd sales gas production, capable to increase to 1.2 bcfd. This project has Sub-sea trees, Flow lines, Shallow Water hoist, Shallow water pipelines, onshore gas plant and Sales Gas Distribution Network.  

·     Worked as Lead Project Controls Engineer, on E8K & F13K Compression project for Sarawak Shell Berhad, The Project is conceptual & detail design for new Modules 4 & 5 and modification work on existing modules for these new modules, in their existing E11P-B Platform. This project is to deliver gas production of combined total approximately 1200 MMscf/d, as the pressure of the reservoir expected to deplete significantly by 2012.

·     Worked on Rare Earth Project for Lynas Malaysia Bhd, Future Development Case, Pre-FEED & FEED phase.

Also involved as a team member for developing internal Project Controls Procedures and in preparation of Proposal Schedules.
