Project : Large Ethylene Plant EPC Project based in the Middle East (PROJECT SITE)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Furnace Construction Planner, monitoring, updating and modifying the construction schedule to ensure successful completion.
Reporting all furnace related issues to senior management and client
Liaise Daily with Subcontractors monitoring progress and performance
Planning work fronts available between all subcontractors, ensure effective coordination to maintain progress.
Organizing bi-weekly meetings, to coordinate construction works and align schedule to physical restrictions on-site.
Areas of Responsibility, included Boilers, Furnaces, incinerator and Tank construction, coordination, scheduling and problem solving.
Substituted the Furnace Construction Superintendent during extended periods due to absence.
Deputized for the on site Planning manager for several weeks while absent, consequently, in recognition of performance in this role, a promotion and a monetary bonus was awarded.
