Formulate Work Breakdown Structure, Weight Points allocation, Resource allocation, scheduling and updating the Networks using Primavera. Develop Histograms, ’S’ Curves for submission to Client / Management. Liase and coordinate with teams.
Preparing material requirement plan as per execution needs.
Tracking and maintaining inventory levels in the stores for all items required in the plant & site.
Documentation of all correspondences/submittals.
Monitoring and follow-up of G.F.C drawings submissions and approval
Attend all site coordination meetings with the client/consultants.
