• 11.66 Kms Elevated Corridor (with segmental precast post tensioned prestressed girders)
• Six Nos Up and Down Ramps
• One Underpass (62m length) at Aram Ghar Junction
• One Trumpet Interchange at shamshabad for easy connectivity to Hyderabad International Airport
• Widening of Inner Ring Road – 19.4 kms
Job deliverables
• Organize project elements to meet short term and long term strategic objective of the organization
• Implement change management at workplace by introducing new project management techniques and tools
• Create models and frameworks to make work smoother and faster
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules based on the work breakdown structure (WBS), with task-definitions, dependencies between activities, deliverables and milestone dates explicitly identified
• Interact with client, manufacturing facilities, suppliers and vendors to collect and collate progress information and status to update the project schedule and report to the project team and customer.
• Research and report on delays in activities and propose remedial actions to accelerate progress
• Resource leveling for a schedule to generate resource loadings charts for a project
• Undertake project coordination activities to support project managers, Perform document control functions in order to become familiar with engineering deliverables and tracking progress of engineering activities.
