1) Developing WBS, project roadmap , overall time schedule (P6),Progress Measurement System (PMS) for the project
2) Establishing a cost control system in requested companies based on the Earned Value
Measurement system(EVM)
3) Attend meetings with design consultants, project management consultant and contractors to review and approve baseline schedules, and attend regularly to progress meetings
4) Preparing weekly and monthly reports which contain progress tables, progress histograms, s-curves, HSE reports, area of concerns,
5) Preparing and executing of 3 weeks look ahead plan and related reports and feedbacks,
