•     Using Primavera to create projects, Work Based Structures, Relationships, Scheduling (Critical Path) Assigning Constraints, defining roles, and resources, assigning and analyzing roles, costs and resources. Reporting performance and executing project plan.
•     Generated and constantly upgrading project risk register, undertake simple assessment of the time effect of change. Provide the estimator with a justified schedule of temporary works and other indirect cost items.
