  • Implement integrated cost and schedule control including baseline development for 3G Rollout for Node B, transmission PDH, SWAP, 2G, IVVR & RNC Implementation Project
  • Provides status updates to schedules, verifies accuracy of work completed and analyzes progress, schedule performance and variances from the plan
  • Support roll-out manager to establish monthly target for Node B, transmission PDH and SWAP Project implementation
  • Provide bi-weekly progress reports to Steering Committee
  • Support the change management by identifying any critical changes to the project contract and to ensure all project changes (variations) are cascaded to all personnel division (sales, PM, commercial)
