Currently employed in the Scheduling Unit of the Project Execution Metrics Division (PEMD) of Saudi Aramco’s corporate Project Management Office Department (PMOD), supporting Jazan Refinery & Terminal, Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle Power, Manifa Core Processing Facilities, King Abdullah Petroleum Science & Research Centre, King Abdullah University of Science & Technology and Thuwal Town Development projects with regards to all aspects of Project Controls.  

Providing Project Controls Leadership in scheduling, cost control and project performance analysis to all Saudi Aramco Project Management Teams. Trouble shooting and recovery plan development in cooperation with project teams and project management. Support to management teams in Integrated Project Planning and schedule development utilizing Primavera P3/P5/P6 v8.2 platforms.

Responsible for interfacing with Senior Management and the development of Project Status Reports, demonstrating confidence levels for live projects meeting planned schedule and cost commitments.

Development and use of KPI’s, EVM techniques and templates along with associated schedule analysis for demonstrative purposes of the above.

Also responsible for the setting up, standardization and review of all Aramco procedures covering all aspects of Project Controls throughout the business, along with the additional responsibility for reviewing / updating the Saudi Aramco Cost & Scheduling Manual.

Also responsible for support and training, where necessary, to support all Project Management Teams (PMT’s) for all aspects of Project Controls.

Currently using Primavera 8.2 planning software, with Active Risk Manager (ARM) and Primavera Pertmaster being the selected software for Risk Management.
