May, 2002 1. Full responsibility to lead a team of 3 planners and co-ordinate the work of Planning, Cost and Material. Preparation planning, costing, Cash Flow and Budget of a project.
2. Project activity Planning, Monitoring, Coordinating and controlling using Primavera Project Planner (Ver 3.0) and MS Project 2000.
3. Establishment and implementation of jobsite planning, scheduling activities, reporting procedures, techniques & systems, monitoring of field submitted planning information to assure compliance with the prescribed procedures.
4. Preparation of preliminary budget and cash flow and monitoring the project with respect to the budget.
5. Preparation and submission of fortnightly valuations to client.
6. Preparation and timely distribution of MIS reports including cost variances and project status to Apex Management.
7. Preparation of resource plan and mob and de-mob schedules for various activities.
8. Preparation of work orders for subcontracting works and doing related rate analysis.
9. Site coordination for all construction and procurement related activities.
10. Delay and disruption claims.
11. Review and approval of subcontractors billing.
