RUWAIS 3rd NGL TRAIN - MARINE WORKS, May’05-Apr’06: 150 Millions $ US, EPCC Contract for GASCO. The scope of work includes engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of a 3 KM steel structure marine jetty “piles, trestles, berths, jackets, dolphins water intake, pipes for the NGL product and electromechanical works”

The Palm Crescent Bridges, Jan’04-Feb’05: Construction of Two Steel Structure Bridges connecting the Crescent Islands.

Palm Island Crescent Infrastructure, Oct’04-May’05: 12 KM of services network: Potable Water, Irrigation, Drainage, LPG, 11KV, Street Lighting, Telecommunication, Chilled Water, Roads, pavements, retaining decorative wall and Utility Crossings.

Duties & Responsibilities:

¤     Prepare the Baseline Program and further revisions.
¤     Updating progress based on the actual site status.
¤     Prepare weekly & monthly reports to the Client.
¤     Prepare KPIs for the project main items.
¤     Update the project budget, cash flow and the resources requirement.
¤     Prepare the monthly payment certificate.
¤     Review subcontractors monthly Payments
¤     Follow-up of subcontractors "engineering, procurement, fabrication, delivery and erection".
¤     Prepare extension of time claims and related cost impact “disruption, prolongation, Inflation … “.
¤     Analyze the time and cost impact for change orders.
¤     Reporting to the Head Office on monthly basis
¤     Preparation of the project final report.
¤     Evaluate the actual productivity versus the planned.
