Secondment to Metronet - the management contractor working in an alliance to carry out works to 140 stations on the London Underground Limited (LUL) Network. Value £1.4 billion.
Responsible for managing a team of 7 project schedulers, delivering coordinated schedules for the design, assurance, construction and handover of 43 multidiscipline projects spread over 7.5 years. Coordinating this programme of works with other London Underground Contractors. Direct responsibility for developing the detailed construction schedules in partnership with our supply chain. Utilising Earned Value Analysis, Critical Path Analysis and other KPIs to monitor and report progress to Metronet Board and LUL.
