(Works Package Contract – Underground Railway Track & Station Construction) (KVMRT – MRT system at Klang Valley) Projek Mass Rapid Transit Lembah Kelang : Jaran Sngai Buloh – Kajang, Works Package Contract – Underground Works (Tunnels, Stations & Associated Structures) Between Semantan North Portal and Mulari South Portal – 9.5 km (8.2 billion)

• Underground Works comprising 9.5 km of Underground Tunnels and 7 nos. of Underground Stations
• 9.5km of Bored Segmental Tunnels and cross passages. Twin (2) bored tunnels in single/twin tunnel in either stacked or parallel configuration
• Above ground entrances, connecting to the station boxes Ancillary structures including ventilation buildings, emergency escape provisions together with their underground adits connecting to the tunnels, generator buildings, pumping stations, and other support buildings and compounds;
• Station, tunnels and ancillary structures building services works including; environmental control system (ECS), fire protection systems, plumbing and drainage systems, electrical distribution, earthing and lightning protection, lighting and small power, telephone systems, and interface provisions for Other Works Contractors
• Stations and ancillary structures ABWF including all necessary signage

(EPC Contract – Railway Track Construction)The Design, Construction, Completion, Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance of Electrified Double Track Project Between Ipoh and Padang Besar – 327 km (12.78 Billion), which included: -

• 200 nos of bridge (Road Over Bridge (65 nos), River Bridge (78 nos), Road Under Bridge (9 nos), Pedestrian/Motor Bridge (47 nos), Swing Bridge (1 nos))
• 28.8km land viaduct
• 3.16 km marine viaduct; and
• 2 tunnel in total length of 3.28 km
• 26 nos of Station, Depot and Control Building

Handling all project planning & cost control for electrical double tracking project, which included but not limited contractual baseline program, internal implementation program, earned value management, TLC (Time location chart), coordinating all site planners and track planners, interface with system planner & etc…
