Responsible for the overall implementation and execution of the programme control system for the Project and to actively support GM Planning & Controls.

Responsible for providing cognisant, interpretative, and predictive analyses of project progress and corrective actions necessary. This is primarily achieved by means of regular “delivery measurement” reports which address the progress of each element of the Works to date; forecasts the impact on scope, programme, and cost at completion; and predicts the impact of this progress on the JV’s ability of meeting its performance outputs.

Responsible for implementing quantitative tools to project the impact of current delivery performance on the programme and cost at the completion.

Responsible for extending the reported quantitative results from the Planning & Controls Team into cognisant and judgment based conclusions regarding the performance of the contractor(s) and will present evaluations for the correction of contractor(s) delivery progress that falls short of their plans.

Responsible for setting standards and procedures to maintain integrity and consistency in interpretation and reporting of programme control data.

Responsible for assimilating and analysing all contractor(s) data, and providing consolidated executive reports for the Head of Construction and related directors / managers use.

Responsible for the development, maintenance and operation of the projects Primavera Enterprise Database and its related planning and reporting functions. Database’s delivery progress reports will use the classic, simple tools of variance reporting, Schedule Performance Index and Cost Performance Index.
