Recommendation for PM Software

Hello,

My friend at QPM recommended me with a project management software.

However, I'd like to ask your advice. Which tools do you use and have a great experience with?

Hi Sebastian,

It depends on the organizations' policies and projects' requirements as which project management tools are recommended to be used. I use Oracle Primavera Project Management P6 v17.7 (available for free download on edelivery.oracle.com) on all my projects and I recommend it for planning and scheduling of buildings and infrastructure projects.

Hello Sebastian,

There are literally thousands of 'project management' tools in existence today, ranging from scheduling tools like Safran and basic Primavera to those more like 'HiTask' whcih are simple 'task managers' to more comprehensive portfolio mamagemnet and PMIS tools.

I use many tools, reflecting the fact that I run very different projects and work with clients with very different requirements.

If you can provide us with more details of yoru requiremenst I can give you a more useful answer probably.

I am using EPPM with standalone P6. I also use XERToolKit.
