Rejoined the Construction company in Abu Dhabi- M/s Target Engineering as Senior Planning Manager and in charge of all company planning operations and control the planning department consisting of 8-10 planners. Involvement in Tendering process, risk and cost analaysis etc. related to all projects. Successfully Recruitment and training of planners as well as upgradation of skills.
