My responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Monitor & Control time schedule and Plan with Critical Path Methodology,
-Estimating at Completion,
-Planning the Risk responses, Control Risk score and analyze it And take the active role of risk coordinator to ensure the effective implementation of risk management throughout phases of the company.
-Progress analysis and Monthly reporting, including histograms with MS Project.
-Update Work Breakdown Structure and S-Curve diagram with Excel.
-Check and control contractor`s Invoices.

-Monitoring & Controlling time schedule and Plan with Critical Path Methodology,
-Estimating at Completion,
-Progress analysis and Monthly reporting, including histograms with Primavera P6 R8.3.
-Update Work Breakdown Structure and S-Curve diagram with Excel.
-Check and control contractor`s Invoices.
