Lead planner for the TATA Steel Projects Tier 1 Framework team with Network Rail.

Responsible for up to 100 projects of varying detail including setting up the schedules, agreeing baseline, updating, reporting, resource forecasting etc.

Projects ranged from feasibility studies for line speed enhancement projects to full station improvement projects including new track layouts, platforms, bridges, buildings, canopies, OLE, M&E, etc.
